Founded in 2003, TK INVESTMENTS, LLC is a Licensed General Contractor Real Estate Holding Company.

While TK Investment, LLC holds investment properties, as a general contractor we specialize in

(PIP) “Property Improvement Projects."

 

Having a desire to invest in our community, we offer a full suite
of PIP services to take care of all your property repairs, renovation and remodeling projects.

Founded by Dr. Kevass J. Harding, President/CEO and Teketa M.
Harding Vice President/CFO, the company's management is highly experienced and qualified having more than 15 years o
f
experience in Real Estate Development and the Construction Industry.

Dr. Kevass J. Harding

President/CEO

Rev. Dr. Kevass J. Harding is a Wichita native with experience in law enforcement, pastoral leadership, business enterprise development and strategic growth. In addition to his role with TK Investments, Harding is the Executive Director of HOPE Community Development, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and Co-owner/Director of Strategic Planning of ICT Cleaners, LLC D/B/A/ Martinizing Dry Cleaning.

Harding, an alumnus of Southeast High School of Wichita Public Schools, went on to obtain his Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso. He received his Master of Divinity Degree, graduating with cum laude distinction, from Phillips Theological Seminary. Harding continued his quest for advanced learning by graduating with a Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary. 

Since 1998, Harding has been the Lead Pastor of Dellrose United Methodist Church in Wichita, KS, which has grown in membership under Harding's watch. 

Involved in his community, Harding participates on the Orders of Elders with the United Methodist Church; is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and has served on a number of boards including the Wichita Public School Board and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas. 

He is the author of the book, "Can These Bones Live? Bring New Life to a Dying Church" which was released in 2007  through Abingdon Press and the book "Creating a Leadership Model for a Transitional Church" published in 2006 through Pro Quest Company.

Harding is married to Teketa Harding and the couple has two children and one grandchild.

Teketa Michelle (Berry) Harding is a native of Wetumka, Oklahoma.  She is the youngest child of Anniece

Berry and Wilkie Berry.  She was educated in the USD 259 school district where she graduated from Wichita West High School in 1982.  Teketa received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, KS.  

For the past thirty years Teketa has worked in the banking industry where she was employed with two major lending institutions.   She has held various positions consisting of Teller, Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Account Executive.  Currently she is employed with Capitol Federal, where she has been the Community Development Manager for the past fourteen years.  Teketa’s position allows her to originate mortgage loans, and promote Affordable housing loans, housing grant programs, and special lending initiatives for low-to-moderate income persons for the community.  Teketa believes the key to wealth is smart money management and the ability to know and understand your needs versus your wants.

Teketa has been married to the esteemed Rev. Dr. Kevass J. Harding for the past twenty-five years.  They are blessed to have two beautiful children, MaKayla Harding of Wichita, Kansas, Texas and Carnez Williams of Kansas City, Missouri.

Teketa is an active member of Dellrose United Methodist Church, where she serves as the Chairperson for Family/Couples ministry, and a member of the Voices of Joy choir. Bi-annually Teketa assist with the planning and coordinating of a church-wide cruise to various destinations.   Besides being the First Lady of Dellrose, she is a very committed and dedicated Christian woman who loves the Lord.  

Community is an important component in her life.  She is active on several boards and committees, which include: Board member of The Kansas African American Museum, Board member of Urban League of Kansas, Board member of Boys and Girls Club of South Central Kansas, Board member of Wichita Festivals, Inc. committee member with the Family Selection and Support for Habitat for Humanity, and a member of

Capitol Federal Volunteer committee. She is also a member of the Wichita Chapter of Links, Inc., and President of the Wichita Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  Teketa is a graduate of Leadership Wichita 2004, Leadership Forum at Capitol Federal in 2005, and Advance Kansas class of 2008. 

Teketa received the Sigma Gamma Rho Golden Eagle Award for Influential Civic and Social Standing in the Wichita Community.  Teketa was recognized as a Woman Who Leads in Financial Services in the Wichita Business Journal in May of 2019.

Teketa’s favorite scripture reads:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

 Our brand represents how we want to invest in our community, neighborhoods, and families. The image of the house represents investing in people. While TK represents our names, Teketa and Kevass, the three windows to the door represents (TKI): Transparent, Keenly, and Integrity. It also represents the power of God in three persons who empowers us with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to be the best TK Investments, LLC God has called us to be.
