TKI is a licensed and insured general contracting firm serving the Greater Wichita community with high-quality, home improvement services.
1. Book a Consultation
You’ll meet directly with a TK Investment’s licensed general contractor to discuss your vision for your home. We’ll determine if we can take on your project after a full inspection and provide you with an estimate.
2. Approval of Project Specifications
If you have any questions on the estimate, we’ll make sure to be on the same page before moving forward to ensure your satisfaction.
3. Completing Your Project + Quality Inspection
Your TKI general contractor will be in communication with you to coordinate every scheduled service and perform quality inspections after every job.
